Gluten Free pizza is easy to make at home!

Just add your own sauce, cheese and your favorite toppings to our awesome gluten free pizza crust.

-Once you have received your crust it is recommended that you keep your crust refrigerated. If you are keeping your crust refrigerated, use by the Best Buydate on the package. You may freeze our crust however the possibility of breakage increases. Keep frozen for up to 3 months.

Baking:

Preheat your oven to between 450 – 475 degrees.

Cook your pizza right on the oven rack or preheated pizza stone for the best results. It is not recommended that you use a cookie sheet because it will leave the pizza soggy.

It is best to cook the crust with the darker side down. For a crispier crust, bake the crust before toppings for about 3-4 min. to give it a head start.

Using a refrigerated crust, a fully baked pizza generally cooks in about 8-10 minutes. Frozen crust may take longer.
