dot Pre-heat your oven to 450-475 degrees.
dot Cook your pizza right on the oven rack or preheated pizza stone for the best results. It is not recommended that you use a cookie sheet because it will leave the pizza soggy.
dot It is best to cook the crust with the darker side down. For a crispier crust, bake the crust before toppings for about 3-4 min. to give it a head start.
