Dough: Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Organic Cane Sugar, Apple Cider Vinegar (Apple Cider Vinegar, Filtered Water), Molasses, Water, Olive Oil, Dry Instant Yeast (Yeast, Sorbitan Monostearate, Ascorbic Acid), Citrus Fiber, Double Acting Baking Powder (Corn Starch, Sodium Bicarbonate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Fine Sea Salt, Pan Spray (Sunflower Oil, Sunflower Lecithin, Natural Flavors), Xantham Gum. Cheese: Pasteurized Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes. Sauce: Vine-ripened Fresh Tomatoes, Tomato Puree, Salt, and Naturally Derived Citric Acid.

Pretty tasty!

I ordered these for my 12yr old son who has Celiac. They are the perfect personal size when served with fruit &/or veggie on the side. We currently make them by placing the pizza directly on the oven rack to cook. The edges are getting crispy but we still haven’t figured out the trick to get the entire bottom crisp. We will keep trying though. Overall he likes the texture of the crust, the sauce is tasty and a nice quality cheese too.

I love these! Being able to have a slice when I’m in the mood for pizza is so awesome! Still Riding pizza crust has been my favorite, but these are great-ready to bake on a pizza stone -I’m in love !

Perfect to have on hand, will order again!

These are delicious, by far the best gluten free pizza we've had. They are well-priced and perfect to keep on hand in the freezer. I regularly bake one in the morning, let it cool, then cut it in strips as a part of my child's school lunch. They're not huge, so they're just one component of lunch, but we are very happy with these.

Really Pleased with These Handy Pizzas!

What a great find! Really nothing else out there like them. Cooked up quickly, crisp crust, great taste. I do think there could be a tad more sauce. No instructions came with them, hopefully that will change moving forward. We'll definitely re-order and these will be a staple in our house from now on! Also, these are very reasonably priced. Give them a try!
