About Us

Still Riding Foods has been operating since 2007. Its original owners started making gluten free pizza crust for their children, who had dietary restrictions and on occasion would find it difficult to participate in common events such as birthday parties. Eventually, with the encouragement from family and friends, they created a business with the objective of providing restaurants with a gluten free pizza crust that could be prepared for their GF customers. Needless to say, it took off! One of the previous owners was an avid biker and her likeness is found on the logo.

In 2015, restaurateurs Kevin and Anne Plaut purchased the business with hopes of growing the brand nationwide. Kevin and Anne have been in food service for 35 years and have extensive pizza knowledge. They started using Still Riding Foods gluten free pizza crust in their restaurant in 2010 and had great success developing a GF pizza menu. It quickly became evident to them just how important it was to serve the gluten free/allergy free community and they use their experience to convince other restaurants to do the same.

In 2015, Kevin and Anne built a new 100% gluten free facility, which is also allergen free. In 2023, they doubled their space and included a separate facility to produce fully prepared GF pizzas. These new products are serving many different markets, including many k-12 school systems throughout the northeast and brick-and-mortar retail stores.
Still Riding Foods products can be found in restaurants, colleges and universities, k-12 schools, summer camps, and private and public schools.
