Shipping Pizza Policy

Still Riding Foods product is refrigerated, not frozen. You will receive your crust under cool conditions. Please refrigerate or freeze upon receipt. If you are refrigerating, please use the crust by the “Best Buy” date. If you choose to freeze the crust, it can be used within 4 months after the “Best Buy” date.

Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground, Monday through Thursday. Because our product is perishable, we do our best to match expected transit times with your address, and therefore your order may not ship on the day we receive it. Orders typically go out within 48 hours. Any orders placed after 4pm on Thursday will ship on the following Monday.

If you choose a shipping method other than Ground, an additional fee will be applied to your order. The expected cost will be displayed at check out.

Customers in states that are more than 2 day ground shipping from our location in Bloomfield, CT must purchase the 2 Day Air shipping option. This will ensure that the product arrives fresh and at a safe temperature.
